You will receive replies from our system via email from the address firstname.lastname@example.org so please look out for that (including looking in your spam folder if necessary).
A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
In order to streamline your requests and better serve you, we utilize a ticket system. Every request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide archives and history of your support requests.
The provided ticket number and your email address can be used to check your ticket status here. Click on "Check Ticket Status", provide your ticket number and email address, and you will be taken the appropriate page. Replies from our staff will be shown on that page and you can reply to us from there as well.
An account is NOT required to use this system. (Accounts for our lending library or other properties do not work here!) If you are having problems logging in with a support system account that you created, simply open a new ticket without logging in and let us know that you need help accessing your account.
