You will receive replies from our system via email from the address support@vistaast.com so please look out for that (including looking in your spam folder if necessary).

In order to streamline your requests and better serve you, we utilize a ticket system. Every request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

An account is NOT required to use this system. (Accounts for our lending library or other properties do not work here!) If you are having problems logging in with a support system account that you created, simply open a new ticket without logging in and let us know that you need help accessing your account.
